A clear request, without a reason
No reason is required when exercising an applicable withdrawal right. Use the purchase reference and email from your purchase confirmation. If you cannot find or access those details, do not receive confirmation, or need assistance, you can send your withdrawal statement directly to [email protected].
Immediate digital supply and your rights
For new paid purchases we ask for express consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right once supply begins, where applicable law permits. An earlier purchase without that evidence is not treated as having given it. This function remains available for manual review and does not remove remedies for defective, corrupt or incorrectly supplied content.
Problems with files or charges
For failed generation, corrupt output, duplicate or incorrect charges, email [email protected]. These issues can require remediation independently of withdrawal. Do not send card details or passwords.
