Accessibility statement
We aim to make the public website understandable and usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and a range of screen sizes. This is an ongoing commitment, not a certification.

Public website design
Pages use semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, descriptive links and text alternatives for meaningful artwork. Navigation and FAQs work with a keyboard. Layouts adapt to small screens, and motion follows your reduced-motion preference.
Language and readable information
The active website languages are English and Dutch. Language switching preserves equivalent public pages. Pricing, file formats and licensing information are available as text rather than only in images.
Known limitations
The visual map editor includes geographic interactions and canvas-based content that may not offer an equivalent experience for all assistive technologies. Exported artwork is primarily visual; a downloaded PDF is not guaranteed to be a tagged accessible document. The public website work does not establish full WCAG conformance for the entire product.
Reporting a barrier
Contact Cartivale at [email protected]. Include the page, what you were trying to do, the browser and any assistive technology involved. Avoid sending sensitive personal information. Automated public-page checks are one part of testing; they do not replace whole-product or assistive-technology review. We do not claim formal WCAG certification or an independent whole-product conformance audit.
