A little help along the way.
Get help with purchases, downloads, licensing and general questions. You can also use the guidance below or the FAQ.
Already paid? Start with your purchase page
Reopen the private purchase link from Checkout or your purchase-confirmation email. It shows payment and file status. Refresh the status or retry generation there; do not pay again to fix a failed download. Save files within the 30-day paid access period. If the confirmation email is missing, check spam and contact [email protected]; an email delivery problem does not undo a confirmed payment.
Preparing a support request
Email [email protected] with the purchase date, package name, browser, a description of the problem and the exact error message. This also covers licensing and general product questions. Do not send card details or passwords. Keep the full purchase link private; it grants access to your files.
Printing and file questions
Tell us the file format and chosen physical size. A printer may ask for a PDF or PNG and particular colour settings. Cartivale does not provide printing, framing or shipping.
Privacy, accessibility or cancellation
For privacy questions or data-subject requests, email [email protected]. For accessibility barriers, complaints or faulty files, email [email protected]. For cancellation or withdrawal questions and the available request methods, see Refunds & cancellation. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting one does not automatically approve a refund or revoke access. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed. Applicable statutory response and refund deadlines remain in force.
