Creator / Resale adds resale use to commercial use of the purchased map artwork. Choose it when the finished artwork becomes part of a product you sell.

License grant and finished products
Cartivale grants a non-exclusive, worldwide license without an annual expiry. It includes the Commercial rights: business use, marketing, promotional materials, modification and client/project work, with necessary delivery as part of finished commissioned work. Creator / Resale additionally permits finished-product resale and print-on-demand fulfillment. The purchase covers the selected artwork, not unlimited new map generation.
Raw downloads and source files are not resale products
You may not sell or distribute the raw Cartivale PNG, PDF, SVG or source output as a standalone downloadable map, template, editable/source map or competing design asset. Simply renaming, repackaging or changing the file format does not make it a licensed finished product. Cartivale software and template ownership is not transferred. The license does not permit source/template redistribution or operating a competing map-generation service.
Credit travels with the artwork
Keep the OpenStreetMap attribution legible on published and sold products. Paid packages remove the Cartivale credit only. Cartivale does not claim exclusive rights to OpenStreetMap geography or to content you add.
Printers and fulfillment providers
You may give third-party printers and fulfillment providers the files needed to manufacture the licensed finished product, including print-on-demand orders. This is limited production access, not permission for them to resell, publish or distribute the raw files independently. No separate sublicense is granted. No artificial seat or print-run limits are imposed. Contact [email protected] if you need help distinguishing a finished product from a standalone map/source asset.
Delivery, continuing use and consumer protections
PNG, PDF and SVG are included. Paid download access lasts 30 days after confirmed payment; save local copies. Compliant use of the purchased output continues after access ends, without annual renewal. Cartivale supplies no physical production or shipping. The Terms and Refunds policy apply; Dutch law does not remove mandatory consumer protections or statutory digital-content remedies.
