Coloured Pencil
The familiar pleasure of a box of pencils. Coloured Pencil builds the map with fine coloured marks, letting the paper show between them. Choose gentle tones or a fuller palette, then add your own part of the story.

Colour with a visible stroke
Directional marks and overlapping pigment make larger areas feel lightly filled by hand. Roads carry a drawn edge instead of a perfectly smooth digital stroke. Unlike Pencil Sketch’s graphite focus, colour does a large part of the work here. Watercolor spreads into softer washes; Coloured Pencil keeps the little strokes visible, even when the palette is delicate.
Find your starting style
Natural starts with familiar greens, blues and earth tones. Mediterranean warms the mix, Pastel lightens the pressure, Autumn adds ochre and rust, and Vibrant brings denser colour.

Add a note in the margin
Frame a place you know and try layer colours that feel right for it. Add a small dedication, a route or a marker with the studio tools. Leaving a quieter area beside the map detail gives your words somewhere to sit, like a note alongside a drawing.
